Federico Valenza is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
He specializes in the management of business crises and drafting of composition plans. He assists clients in the drafting of business plans and recovery plans and the development of M&A transactions, as well as advising on corporate and tax matters.
It has been registered in the List of Over-indebtedness Crisis Managers of the Over-indebtedness Crisis Composition Body of the Milan ODCEC since 2019.
He deals with the development of the foreign area and mainly with the New York / Miami Desk project.
He has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2017 after obtaining a degree in Business Management from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in December 2012.
