She graduated in Economics from the University of L’Aquila in 2003 and has many years of experience in human resources management, social security and pension advisory, employment disputes, wage supplementation schemes (Cassa Integrazione), and support for Third Sector Organizations (ETS).
Since 2017, she has been listed in the register of Asseverating Labour Consultants (Asse.Co).
Since 2025, she has been included in the national certified shortlist for appointments to the Boards of Directors of public and private companies.
