Dear Colleagues, Collaborators and Stakeholders,
describe in this first summary what we do and what our objectives and consequent behaviors are that define the sustainability path of Malerba & Partners, it is not immediate, but the professionalism that belongs to us as part of professional systems (accountants, lawyers, labor consultants) gives us the opportunity to extend the ethics of the profession also to social and environmental issues. Every day we work together to continue integrating sustainability into our business model. We do it with passion, inventiveness, humility and the necessary concreteness. We do so with the sense of urgency that environmental and social challenges impose on us. It is a path that brings with it the need for strong changes in the way we work. It is a collective path that transversally permeates our modus operandi and that of the people with whom we collaborate along the value chain.

We have adopted a System of Values ​​for our professional company which concretely commits us to the active search for activities for sustainable governance and corporate social responsibility.

The drafting of a System of Values ​​represents a fundamental reference in order to implement a strategic and shared sustainability management process, which takes into account the context in which we operate, offering a series of concrete benefits.
