Alessandro Malerba is a chartered accountant, graduated in Business Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan, with subsequent studies in law at the Catholic University of Milan. Qualified as a chartered accountant since 1986, he is a statutory auditor and technical consultant at the Court of Milan for real estate, corporate and business valuations, audits and business crises. An eclectic and pragmatic professional, trained at leading professional firms in Milan, he deals with business, tax and corporate consultancy, with particular attention to national and international issues, extraordinary business operations and company valuations. He holds positions on the boards of directors of Italian and foreign manufacturing companies, carries out activities as a statutory auditor and is a member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
