Emilio Veneziano graduated in Economics and Commerce, specializing in business economics, from the University of Foggia and has been qualified as a Chartered Accountant since 2006. He has been registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2006. Emilio Veneziano has gained expertise mainly in the tax and corporate sector, specializing in particular in the drafting of financial statements and the preparation of tax returns relating to joint-stock companies, partnerships, entrepreneurs/sole traders and self-employed workers. He also provides consultancy to corporate groups that make use of civil and tax consolidation. He has developed skills in extraordinary corporate transactions by collaborating in the drafting of appraisals as well as tax due diligence in the context of operations relating to mergers, demergers, transformations, contributions, company liquidations, acquisitions/sales of corporate shareholdings and valuations of companies or company branches.
