He has held corporate leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and CEO. His specialization in the management of companies undergoing restructuring has led him to develop a human and technical approach in the preparation of reorganization and relaunch plans, supporting entrepreneurs in critical moments, including generational transitions. He is a trainer and specialist in the field of sustainability consultancy, with experience in the implementation of ESG management systems for medium-sized Italian companies. Graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, he is a Financial Advisor and Sustainability Consultant, partner responsible for the Strategic Planning and Sustainability divisions of Malerba & Partners.
