Federico Valenza practices the profession of Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He specializes in the management of business crises and the drafting of composition plans. It supports clients in the drafting of industrial plans and recovery plans, in the development of M&A operations, as well as providing consultancy on corporate and tax matters. He has been registered in the Register of Corporate Crisis Managers since 2023 and in the List of Over-indebtedness Crisis Managers of the Over-indebtedness Crisis Settlement Body of the ODCEC of Milan since 2019. He deals with the development of the foreign area and mainly with the New York / Miami Desk project. He has been registered in the register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2017 after obtaining a degree in Business Management from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in December 2012.
