Marina Saniaa – Corporate & Tax Born on 25 October 1998, Marina Saniaa graduated in Economics and Management from the University of Insubria. She completed the professional traineeship required to sit the State Examination for qualification as an Accounting Expert and Statutory Auditor, developing solid experience in tax, corporate and administrative consulting. During her professional activity, she has developed skills in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, in supporting statutory audit activities and in managing ordinary and extraordinary tax compliance for companies and professionals. She assists businesses and clients in the correct application of tax and corporate regulations, contributing to the preparation of tax returns, economic and financial reporting and compliance activities. Her interest in the analysis of economic and financial data and in control and audit processes has enabled her to deepen her understanding of issues related to the assessment of business performance and the management of companies’ accounting and tax matters. Since 2023 she has been part of the Malerba & Partners team, where she works in the Corporate & Tax area, supporting the firm’s professionals in tax, corporate and statutory audit consulting activities.
