After obtaining a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bergamo in 2022, he undertook his first professional career in the administrative-accounting field, carrying out accounting and administrative management activities. Driven by a strong aptitude for communication and planning, as well as a growing interest in issues related to sustainability, he chose to delve into the ESG world in a structured way through a master's degree at the 24ORE Business School in Milan, focused on the integration of sustainability principles into business processes. During the training internship at the Malerba & Partners studio, he consolidated operational and methodological skills in the field of ESG consultancy, contributing to the development of tools and methodologies for the drafting of sustainability reports intended for small and medium-sized enterprises that intend to undertake a responsible growth path. Alongside his professional activity, he completed a specialist training course as a Carbon Manager, studying in depth the issues relating to the measurement and management of environmental emissions. He collaborates with Malerba & Partners, actively participating in the development of projects related to sustainability reporting and the strategic support of companies in ESG transition paths.
